CASH DONATIONS PENDING: Donation totals which have recently come in for the charity. Checks mail out to charities the last Friday of every month, for donation amounts in this column. Once charities have been paid pending donations, amounts move into the next column, Cash Donations Paid.
CASH DONATIONS PAID: Total of all cash donations which have come in for the charity, and for which donation check(s) have been sent to the organization, completing the process by which shopper donations are paid directly to the charity.
MERCH DONATION: Retail value of Simple Dog merchandise which has been donated to the charity, to date.
